Terms of Purchase
  • Tribe Topper will charge your credit/debit card with the subscription fee for the courses that are described on the website before you enter your credit/debit card details.
  • Tribe Topper accepts Visa, MasterCard cards.
  • Tribe Topper does not accept Money Orders, Demand Drafts, Cash or Cheque payments.
  • Tribe Topper Registered Users can review their payment history and the courses they have paid for in the β€œMy Account” section of the website.

The policy concerning the processing of the refund, shall be following the clauses as set forth:

Refund Requests

When the users wish to cancel the services, the users may place a request for cancellation on the platform and additionally request a refund. We will undertake to process the refund in accordance with the preliminary investigation into the reasons for the refund. On the receipt of a refund request, we will undertake to duly understand the concerns of the users and also the parents and legal guardians and try our level best to mediate before we issue a refund for the payment made on a pro-rata basis.

Tribe Topper offers a 7-day refund policy, reviewed on an individual basis with their customers. Customers have the option to request a refund within 7-days after their first purchase. Refunds are not applicable on auto renewals

However, it is Tribe Topper’s sole discretion to approve the refund.

The 7-day refund policy is valid on call courses and at all times, (except within 3 weeks of the CIE/ IB/IGCSE Exam dates and on one month duration courses)

Processing of Refund

All refunds shall be processed back to the source of the payment and upon a discrepancy on the same, we shall undertake to process the payment through Razor Pay or bank transfer whichever shall be convenient to the user.


As a user, you have the right to cancel upon placing the request for the services. The company at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):

  • If it suspects a user has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
  • If it suspects a user has undertaken a transaction that is not following the Terms of use
  • In case of unavailability of a service
  • for any reason outside the control of the company including causes of logistical difficulties
  • If the company does not want to provide the user with services.

We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel their request placed by them in future. Notwithstanding this policy, any specific terms and conditions mentioned on the service page, and/or as agreed with a user before/during/after the transaction, will override the terms and conditions mentioned herein in case of a conflict.
